Switch Lexi on
Three quick steps and Lexi starts working inside your own account. You only do this once.
Load Lexi into your account
First, we need to put Lexi's setup file into your GoHighLevel account. This takes about two minutes and you only do it once.
Make sure you're logged into your GoHighLevel agency in another tab, then click below and confirm the import.
In GoHighLevel: Sub-Accounts → the three dots next to your account → Manage Client → Actions → Load Snapshot → pick Lexi Connect Only.
Show me that step by step
- In GoHighLevel, go to your Agency Dashboard.
- Open Sub-Accounts.
- Find the account you want Lexi in, and click the three dots next to it.
- Choose Manage Client.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Choose Load Snapshot, and pick Lexi Connect Only.
Don't see "Load Snapshot" in the Actions menu?
Nothing is broken — your user just doesn't have snapshot access switched on yet. In your agency dashboard go to User → Roles and Permissions, turn Snapshots on for your user, then try again.
